Stick with poly blend or cotton. Many brands carry that style, just bought one at TJMax. Also layering adds heat. If you layer enough, you don't even need a jacket! They're marvelous in the hot humid weather but don't get wet like the cotton. And rayon is a natural fiber. They wick away the moisture and you feel nice and dry all the time. I can't wear all cotton or a cotton/span blend for that reason of it staying wet. That's why the blends have become so popular and all the workout wear is made from it.
