I cannot walk easily across a room. Traditional exercise activities are not a viable option because of my balance issues. When the representative explained her father used it by holding to the back of a chair for balance, I decided to give it a try. I can feel it moving things around that have been mostly sitting in a chair all day. At least the blood that has pooled in my legs gets some movement. It gets good reviews from other customers on the Q site.

Although I realize this may not be the type of exercise many of you enjoy, it is something for those of us with limited mobility. So much so that I am still on setting 1 but I use it every day.
