Not a TSV question but a QVC 2 Big Deal one.

I researched old posts to see if I could get some info on Barbara King's Big deal now of the lanterns with the flame candle. The reviews on these type of lanterns have been indicating they come broken up due to poor packing. I am really tempted by the deal of 2 of these with the bulbs when the bulbs alone are almost the price of these with lanterns. Has anyone received these types of lanterns and have had good luck with them?

I have her first version of this lantern. Though it only came as a single one and I bought it on LTS so it was a good price. I have to say it works well so far. Quality is most likely hit or miss as the wicker on mine was kind of shabby and the rope was a mess. I still like it though as my master bed and bath is beach themed and I wanted it because it matches an old fishermans basket I have with buoy's in it I have picked up on the shore overs the years. I had no issues with packing at all.

I took a gamble and ordered the set of 2. The light looks so nice coming through the wicker. Got the carmel color. So many choices, it was a hard decision. Thanks for your input.
