Muk Luks..well, I am disappointed in the quality of their socks. A couple of months ago I purchased a set of the ankle socks. After a few washings, the material started to deteriorate, big time. All over the surface little knotty bumps appeared, irritating the skin on my feet when I put the socks on. I have discarded all but two pairs of their socks. I'm not purchasing any more of that brand. Just a cautionary tale. I did not change anything about my laundry products or procedures. Nothing like this has happened to any other clothing I launder.

@maximillian. They make cheap stuff people like grandmas love to give as Christmas gifts. I think they made to not last longer than Valentines Day.

@Kachina624 - I think it depends on where you buy them. I have Muk Luk cabin socks and regular socks that I bought from Kohl's and they're holding up just fine after many wearings.

Unlike the ones I bought that were the TSV on the Q - the boot socks? I can't believe how thin and cheap they are. One wear and wash and they pilled terribly, not to mention all the snags in them even before being worn. I won't buy anything like that from the Q again. I think it's a case of quantity versus quality.

@Venezia. You're probably right. I'm very leary of all TSVs these days. I've learned the hard way to steer clear.

@Kachina624 - Me, too. I'd rather pay more for a smaller quantity and better quality.

For the most part, I only buy now things I want and can't get elsewhere. (The Muk Luks boot socks were a severe lapse in judgement!)

Hope BAREFOOT DREAMS is a Cozy Chic *LITE* garment -- not one of those all polyester Cozy Chics. I have a number of the Cozy Chic LITE sweaters with the *bamboo nylon blend* and they have been washed and worn for the last 3 years -- perfectly! AND they feel good as well!

I didn't buy the boot socks, but the Muk Luks TSV PJs I bought are wonderful . They wash beautifully and are very soft to the skin. I had waitlisted for three pairs and got all but one. I am very happy with that purchase.

I'm done with Muks luKs as well. Bought the boot socks to give as gifts and they were un-giftable. They had many runs before anyone even put them on.

i believe it is going to be by a company called AHDORNED. i think they specialize in faux leather/vegan handbags and interchangeable straps.
