Received my Josie Body Butter TSV Duo this morning!

I post reviews frequently, I am honest-some are great, some reflect the quality, or gross inconsistent sizing among brands.

I’ve only ever had one shipping debacle in the last few weeks, which the social team handled promptly, once I found out whom to contact.

I preordered my body butter duo on Wednesday morning in unscented. I no longer order the scents, because it’s too much of a hassle and expensive to return. You never know if the are going to be a light scent, or very artificial and chemical snelling.

I am pleased to report that my package arrived this morning (Sunday), ahead of the projected delivery date, both jars in tact, untouched and sealed. The box was also in great condition.

I have 1/2 jar left from my supersize 22oz. Jar that I ordered last year, and I don’t want to break the seal to open them to confirm they are unscented. I may want to give them as gifts.

I call them like I see them. For as many times as I have posted less than positive experiences, I do want to give credit where credit is due.

I’m thrilled that the jars are now sealed, and suggest the scent be in the jar or on a stick on label somewhere. That could be a problem for those with a ‘stash’ of jars.

Hi @ocookie..that’s good your happy w/ your presale JM body butter shipment. I love Josies line and order a lot of body butter. Mine are always sealed and intact.
I just wanted to mention that on bottom of body butter there is always an imprint on what the scent is . It’s imprinted in the middle. So times it mixes in w/ the Bronson jar and u can miss it. Enjoy your b-butter.

KKlim, thank you for your suggestion! I did check the bottom of each jar, and there is a sticker that does confirm that both jars are unscented. It was just hard to read in the room I was in when I open the package.

My post got a little misspelled before. It meant to read that the clear sticker on the bottom (indicating the scent) sometimes mixes in w/ the brown colored jar!

@ocookie What a wonderful, positive, post!! I really like Josie's body butter, and I like all the wonderful. generous donations Josie makes to different causes. I appreciate vendors who can go beyond their own greed and do something really nice for those who need it.

I especially appreciated your post this morning because I just read a really nasty, mean girl posting about Josie over in Beauty. I guess I really don't understand the jealousy women can display about Josie.

My only complaint is the way that they sealing these jars. They should have a pull tab. It's such a mess trying to unseal these jars. Other than that I love Josie's butters.
