I pre-ordered the TSV with spf. I just read one of the questions asked under the item about the ingredients and it stated that the spf is a chemical one not physical. I never use a chemical spf now I am worried and will probably return it. I also ordered the one without so I will use that under my Dr. Gross spf 50 physical sun cream. What do you all think about the chemical ingredient in this?

I remember a study I saw last year that was showing that chemical sunscreens showed up in the bloodstream, so it does get absorbed. I know Andrew Lessman has a physical sunscreen and claims he would NEVER put a chemical sunscreen on. However, he didn't explain WHY he would never use one and I also didn't hear him say anything about his sunscreens being sweat or water resistant.

I really only wear sunscreen when I work out in the yard or know I will be in the sun for awhile unless it's already in my makeup because any sunscreen I have ever used, even ones meant for the face I feel like clogs my pores. And since I currently only wear makup (which doesn't have SPF) to church I basically never wear sunscreen. Therefore, I decided to try this version of Elemis with the SPF in it. I have used the other version in the past and would've bought it at this price anyways.
