Years ago I found out he tested on animals and therefore, I would never, ever buy anything from him. He is despicable to allow this in this day an age where more and more people are compassionate towards animals. I hope in his next life he comes back as an animal and products are tested on him!

This ( discussion ) -very similar .... has been established many times throughout ( as I know ) several years. There is a website where anyone can check what {mu} company, and other products are still testing.

Actually, I thought most knew this, ```but``` with new posters coming on VS those from 8 -10 years ago, I can understand the Questionable - BRAND AWARENESS.

There is (?WAS) an accurate chart that states bunny symbol or NOT.

Google is your best taker / check with recent dates, OR updated. Still in the same activity.

QVC is as bad as he is, we already know it's all about the money for PTR or the products would be made in the states with no animal testing. There will always be cruelty in the world under the guise of protecting people. It seems as long as it doesn't affect you, people don't care if the eyes are burned out of the poor animals head to keep them looking young.

I found (1) long list that (even for me) shocking. By mere event /accident that came up. Hoping the same results for anyone in the I want to know.

Peter Thomas Roth does not test any of our formulas or raw materials on animals but we believe in total transparency and will not claim that for the following reasons:

1. We cannot be certain that a raw material supplier has not now or at some time in the past tested an ingredient on animals. We do not knowingly purchase ingredients that have been tested on animals and inquire before purchasing ingredients but some staple ingredients that have been used in products for years may have been tested on animals in the past.
2. We do sell our products in China and some other countries that still do test on animals; though it is our understanding that China is moving towards stopping this practice. We are not alone in selling to China; nearly every major cosmetic company sells there. Also to be noted are that many major beauty retailers conduct business there including QVC and Sephora.

Philosophy products are not cruelty free. Philosophy is owned by Coty which is not cruelty free.
