I'm still not over how bad the recent Vionic TSV turned out!

I just can't stand it when QVC takes a wonderful product and "cheaps it out" with shoddy quality, sizing that's off...Those last slip on suede tennis shoes were absolutely sub-par. I hope the Vionic folks are getting a clue from the many low rated reviews.

I've come to rely on Vionic quality and support...and QVC took it straight down the drain.

I feel the same way about Clarke's. I had a pair I loved, they they became a TSV ( this was a couple years back), I purchased and they were awful. Size, quality all bad. I went to the Clark's website and bought them there. The old saying, " you get what you pay for". These "knock offs" on QVC don't even seem like they are made by the same manufacture.

I agree, KKWA...they have a knock off manufacturer for mass production and they really miss on shoes. I ain't fallin' for it no more

I think many of the Vionic shoes are sub-par in quality. The feel like some sort of plastic material in lieu of leather. To say a flip flop.had good support is just a blatant lie. Some of these shoes seem to have a very low arch suppirt; other feel like there's a boulder in the shoe...no consistency to the point where they're painful.

love vionics in many different styles, but the TSV did not tempt me at all.

Makes me wonder if they tinker with all the TSV's. I received a Philosophy Amazing Grace rollerball perfume in my stocking for Christmas that was purchased from a department store and the scent is spot on to the AG that I have purchased in the past. The same rollerball included in the recent TSV smells nothing like that. I'm starting to think that the QVC versions are not the same quality.

Thank you for pointing out the Amazing Grace differences from Q and traditional stores.

I bought the "body mist", shower gel and travel size perfume from Ulta (gift set) first time in years someone has said "Wow your perfume smells great!".

I stopped buying from Q because had to return seemed off to me -- no scent after the "initial" spray & didn't smell the same🤷‍♀️

I thought it was just me🙄😉🤔

@homedecor1 , it's definitely not just you. I'm convinced there's a difference. After the last TSV, which I had to return, I have also given up on purchasing my Philosophy fragrances from the Q. I guess it's true, you get what you pay for, even within the same brand.

in the long run it's cheaper to buy at Ulta. This week I got a 20% off coupon for all brands and myrewards $$ I'll definitely find something!

No shipping, can try it out & return free and get my full purchase amount vs. buying from Q and "paying more" when you factor in s/h, return fees if necessary.

I don't find any big discount buying from Q vs dept. store! Of course, I don't need "super sized" products.

Guess we have to listen for those words "made exclusively for QVC". Based on many comments, I think you are on to something. That would be unfortunate if things are made cheaper when sold as a TSV.

Vionics. Mine fit perfectly. Great price for Vionics. I use Vionic inserts in almost all my shoes. To each their own.

QVC/HSN is ruining so many products. "The Q is for quality" is no longer true.

So many vendors gone, the vendors people really liked.

The the "made especially for QVC". That is my cue not to buy. Everything made especially for them means shoddy work, lesser quality cloth, leather, ingredients, whatever an item is made of.

Even Isaac's clothes, which he obviously makes for QVC because we could not afford his real line, used to still be good quality because he takes such pride in his name (his brand). He is even a sell out now. I always had great luck with his stuff. Now it is hit or miss. I need size 2, and I could always count on his size 2 would fit. Now I never know.

It is sad that I can't buy 3 exact shirts, same item number, in 3 different colors and end up with 3 shirts that all fit differently. It is just ridiculous! 3 shirts that fit different means different manufacturers are making them and doing a terrible job at it.

HSN is getting rid of vendors too. Oragami is on its way out. WHY??? Oragami is a big seller for them I thought. I always look forward to January because that is when HSN ALWAYS sold the 2 pack of the big 4 shelf, heavy duty racks for 2 for $199.00, free shipping. This year the racks were 2 for $219.00! Not as a TSV (which is their usual Jan sale) but as an everyday product and I believe it was half-price shipping. I am not positive on the shipping because I was already mad at the jump to $219.00 and didn't even watch.

I don't even watch either station anymore. I skim through "see what aired today".

In doing that, I have noticed that even though they are on air all day (now minus overnights), they really only air 10-12 products all day long, over and over and over.

I honestly believe they are in some sort of financial trouble. There are so many other places to shop online now I think they are getting squeezed out. People can shop on their phone at any store at any time. No one has time to sit and watch a shopping channel anymore.

To me "made for QVC" is not a selling point. As soon as I hear that, I won't consider it. I think if you buy a brand when it's first sold on QVC, you might get a good product. The longer it's there, though, I think it becomes less like the original. Some things I can depend on, like Dr. Denese. I think her product would never be modified for QVC.

I have Vionic shoes that I love, especially the slippers. But I've never bought them at QVC. I only buy shoes from places like Zappos where I can read lots of reviews and return for free.

I must admit I finally caved and ordered this shoes...even though I have struck out with this brand of tennis shoes in the past and said I wouldn't be ordering...(hanging my head in SHAME) and they are AWFUL!!!! I have no words for how AWFUL they are....the reviews posted have covered it all and much better then I could.

All I can think of is that they must only have MEN designing them OR the staff that is requested for feedback must LIE thinking if they told the higher ups these are AWFUL please change them before mass producing them to sell...well they would be fired!

Anything that is advertised as being made just for QVC causes me to run in the other direction. Sometimes, you just don't know though until you receive the product and there is a tag or sticker on it that indicates that.

I am starting to think sometimes the items being sold are seconds or defective in some way and that's why they end up on QVC. I remember a number of years ago Q offered an Aerosoles flip-flop as a TDO and they said it was true to size. I bought my normal size and it was way off. I exchanged for the next size bigger and again, it was still way too small. I sent them back for a refund. I found those shoes in the department store and my normal size fit me.

I purchased a handbag before from HSN and when it arrived, the hangtag looked like what you would find in a department store and had the department store price on it but it also said "For HSN" on it.

There have been lines of shoes sold on HSN for a lot cheaper than you could buy them for elsewhere but then when you did the comparison, the shoes sold in retail were all leather and the ones sold on HSN were man-made material. They don't bother to tell you that.

And let's not forget the skincare line that was so much cheaper on HSN and then the owner revealed that the reason it was so much cheaper was because the "wow" ingredient was in a lot smaller amount in the line on HSN than on her website.

So it's not just me. I have been wondering if maybe my feet are just getting harder to fit. I loved Vionic, bought many of them. I could barely get the TSV's on. Then, always an optimist, I bought a different slip on which came two days ago. I was able to get these on but they were very uncomfortable in the heel. I think its time to give up buying shoes from the Q. I'm looking at the reeboks on right now but am reluctant to take a chance.

Same thing happening with Earth origins shoes, I have many that I just love, seems like they look cheap anymore and I have returned a pair and then gave a pair to the local thrift shop, unused. Makes me sad it was something I could always depend on

I was super excited last year that they actually offered a narrow sandal and bought it straight away. They kept saying to size down if you're a half size, which I did, and they fit horribly with the toe strap cutting into my food very painfully. I'll not be fooled again. As for Clarke's, I used to buy them all the time...until the soles started disintegrating into dried up rubber. I think they try to make them cheaper to sell but, when it comes to shoes, I don't want cheap, I want something that's good quality and will last.

Like so many companies, they cannot seem to go with, "If it works, don't fix it."

A new product manager who wants to hastily prove worthy, or always striving for "new" and forgetting the "improved," can make the reliability go out the window.

The Tides were a favorite, but they are almost always High Tide now. Or, they add so much embellishment that they are rarely the everyday basics that work so well in Florida anymore.

It did not help that the CEO just showed up in an Instagram photo with a person whom I experienced to be really un-cool (but do not bother trying to tell her that). It kind of takes some of the enjoyment out of shopping the brand for me now.

I have about eight pairs of the older Tides, and they are still going strong. So, at least I can wait until the mood passes or for them to get back to the great basics.
