Just wanted to let you know that I bought this last year and it is an awesone heating pad with the massage. I highly recommend!

Can I ask you if this massages only the neck/shoulder area or does it message down the back? On air they indicated it was only the neck/shoulder area. Thanks

I have the one from a few years ago and love it. I like this one better because it goes up the neck. I may have to get another one.

I'm considering ordering one. Can you tell me, does it have 'hard massager knobs' in the upper back area? I'm asking because I have to sleep with heat on my back so I was wondering if I could lay on my back or would the massager knobs be in the way or hurt? Thanks

This just fibrates. It does not have those knobs. I have a pillow with those and I have to be careful because that thing can get rough lol. I lay on mine all the time but I know all heating pads say do not lay on them. It is very relaxing for me. I hope you like it as much as I do mine.
