How often is the TSV price lowered from the Pre-Sale price????

I am upset....... I ordered the pre-sale It Cosmetics TSV being offered today at $69.96 last week. However, the presale price was $79.98. What??? When does that ever happen? And, I ordered it on Auto-Delivery. So I called and had the price adjusted. However, I was told that corporate would have to decide if they will adjust the auto-delivery shipments. Hmmm.... That certainly is not good customer service! And, why are people who purchased it on the Pre-Sale not automatically given an adjustment on their accounts along with future shipments.

Not Happy Q!!!! Seem like a really poor business decision and very upsetting to your customers.

@Beeweaver Interesting. I always thought TSV Presale prices were the same as the price would be on the TSV air date, or I should say this has been my previous experience. However, so much has changed at QVC in the past year this may no longer be the case. What's the point of ordering early if you aren't going to get the TSV price? Some presale purchasers may not be able to tune in on the TSV day to notice a price difference. Well, at least you caught it to raise the question and was able to have the first shipment price adjusted.

@Beeweaver I think you have every right to be upset! I'm glad they adjusted the $10 difference for you and I would hope they would change your future auto deliveries as well. (the price) It's just a really shady thing to do to your customers. IMO

have you tried emailing the mods at qvcsocialteam@qvc.com to see if they can manage your issue in a more satisfactory manner?

@sunshine45 The customer service rep. said it has to go to corporate and Auto-Delivery department and they will e-mail me in about 5 days. Seems crazy, but I'll wait. If they don't, I will just cancel the auto-delivery and will think twice before ordering anythng else from the Q. I'm not happy!

@Trix yes, but I do feel sorry for the customers who do not see that it has been lowered. I think everyone who pre-ordered at the higher price should get an automatic adjustment on price and furture shipments. We shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get the best price, especially when we pre-ordered! Just makes no sense at all from a business standpoint and making your customers happy.

@sunshine45 I just e-mailed the team as well. We shall see what happens. Just a real bad policy. I shouldn't have to wait to see if my auto-delivery will be adjusted. It should be done automatically. Crazy!

I don't know why they did this, I haven't seen it happen before, maybe the presale wasn't selling that great?

I noticed a Susan Graver shirt that I bought was marked down a week after I bought it and they gave me credit so just contact them, they will give you credit

I am actually surprised. I always assumed that the Pre-Sale TSV price would be what the TSV was actually sold at. I think you will receive the adjustment..

This does not pass the smell test.

@Sandigirl They did give me the credit on the 1st shipment. But, I have to wait to see if they will adjust the price on the auto-delivery items. Crazy!

It's getting to be a real hassle trying to keep in mind all the way the Q might try to screw you. Now I have to add a presale to the list. Sad, I will be more careful in the future and/or be ordering less often. It's no wonder Amazon gets most of my disposable income.
