I have the Shark Rotator Lift Away. It's a good vacuum. It only falls short when cleaning next to the wall. It just doesn't clean all the way to the edge. I have to put one of the tools on to get the couple of inches next to the wall it just doesn't clean. Thank goodness with the attachments I don't have to bend to do that!

Hi everyone!!

I love Shark! Got a great Black Friday deal on a Dyson a long time ago. Paid about $50 more than what I paid for the Sharks Navigator Professional Lift-Away Vacuum with BacksaverHandle V32522. http://www.qvc.com/Shark-Navigator-Professional-Lift-Away-Vacuum-with-BacksaverHandle-Floorcare-&-Vacuums-For-the-Home.product.V32522.html?sc=V32522-User&cm_sp=VIEWPOSITION-_-11-_-V32522&catentryImage=http://images-p.qvc.com/is/image/v/22/v32522.001?$uslarge$

Normally this Dyson deal would have been an amazing deal BUT I would have paid $50 more for the SHARK. IMO Shark is much better!

I like having a 2nd lighter vac, esp because I have a 2 story house, even though the previous TSV that I have does have similar accessories like todays TSV & detaches for stairs etc...

Though my previous lighter vacs were cheaper, they did NOT have the suction power like this Shark does {or even close} & the quality isn't even a close 2nd

Is anyone else who has the previous Shark TSV that I'm talking about or a similar one considering getting todays TSV?

Does anyone know if the Shark accessories are interchangeable betw the different models.

Thanks in advance for any opinions!

I don't have the Nav Pro Lift Away (only because I wasn't aware of it...it looks good!), but I do have the Rotator which is like it.

And I ordered the TSV. I'm going to enjoy being able to vacuum higher than the floor without hauling the lift away canister with me. I'm looking forward to the lightweight-ness of the TSV.

I have the lift away - it is much heavier than I expected. I ordered this TSV. If it performs as expected it will meet most of my needs and I doubt I will drag the larger vacuum out much at all.

Thank you so much for your replies!!

I think I am going to get it. It does look easier to use on the stairs & higher areas. I'm hoping the accessories can be shared betw both but that will depend on the size of the attachments.

I forgot that I do have a smaller vac I bought many yrs ago mainly for steps but not only is it loud it doesn't come with any attachments so it never cleaned next to the wall or under the area that sticks out (have a feeling this Shark will be lighter)

Oh no, can one ever have too many vacuums??? Well as long as I have room to store them, from a past situation, I learned it's always good to have a back up & because Sharks quality is excellent, this will prob be the last vacuum I'll buy in a long time and....the next time I have a yard sale, I'll definitely sell the smaller vac :-)

Thank you again!!!
