How Can the September 25 TSV be Practically Sold Out?

How can a future TSV already be just about sold out? I have been trying to order this Logo top for two weeks and my size was never available. Now it's down to 3 colors and 3 sizes with the 3X being waitlisted or not available? there are already reviews on this item so some people have been able to get them. I just don't understand this - can someone please explain this to me.

I believe that QVC only allows so many pre-orders of a TSV and then those are gone and no more pre-orders taken. It will be available again on the day of the TSV.

I'm sure in years past, they pre sold TSVs to the point that they ran low before the actual day, so now they limit ones they think may oversell before the event.

My guess would be they release a TSV early to generate attention, but only release so many in each size, to ensure there is ample stock for the actual day.

You will be able to get it the day it actually airs as a TSV. Everything will be available by then.

TSV's are not new. i noticed they're shown all year long and then the price is lowered and they use it as a tsv. this is how they get rid of their stock.

as others have posted, quantities are available from the insider early, and often sell out. the item will be available on the TS day

May be true in some but not nearly in all cases. For example, in Dooney and Bourke since i have been around the tsv is a totally new bag. Now sometimes you will see a reprise tsv but not often.

Thanks everyone. It's just so disappointing because I wanted to try one and see how it fit before I ordered multiples. I don't pre-order often but the few times I did I never had a problem.

Only about half of the TSVs are eligible for pre-order. The rest you have to wait until the day it's presented. I've ordered the TSV down blanket which will be presented this month but it won't ship until the day it's the TSV.

Sorry to differ @Kachina624. I pre-ordered the TSV down blanket from NN . I expected shipping to wait until the TSV. Yet I that is not true! It's just been shipped to me yesterday, with tracking numbers provided via UPS and USPS for final delivery. It was shipped from California, not a QVC warehouse. I now expect it will arrive well before the TSV is even aired. (Unless the mystery shipping routes are used, as sometimes occurs.) So I guess things are changing or inconsistent--nothing new.
