His pressure cooker is HORRIBLE! I have it and if you use the browning feature, you must let the thing get cold before you can begin pressure cooking. HATE IT! I love love love both of my Cook's Essentials Pressure Cookers.

Now his Hard Anodized Cookware is the very best I have ever had and I have had a ton over the years. I just wish he would make a set consisting of 1qt, 2qt, 3qt, 4qt, and 5qt with casserole style handles.

Army wife, Without using the browning feature how was it? I usually brown on the stove anyway. I'll look I to the cooks essential ones. My very first one was Cooks and it was wonderful. Thank you

I should clarify, all-clad TSV for February 19th. I don't know January's.
