No. Most laptops Q sells are Refurbished. They just don't state it.

They would be sued if they did not state it. My laptops have been brand new shipped from the factory in China.

What facts do you have to back up your statement? The Q is a mult billion dollar business and they have lawyers check everything.

I heard it from someone who Knows. Just ask q and they will tell you. Get the model number, contact CNet or PC magazine and ask them if it is a Brand New Laptop. Ever buy a laptop from q that already had viruses in it? ... Call dell or hp. They will tell you.

All used laptops that are in decent good condittion are sent to China to be Refurbished. China makes them like new, but not Brand New. ... Call dell or hp. Give them the model # and ask them. Google the model number. If Walmart, Best Buy, the computer company not carry it - it Refurbished overseas.

Was your laptop slow? Did you have Superior Tech? ... it refurbished.

great info. i would never buy a dell laptop again they have too many problems. i would rather spend money and get a apple. i do have a dell desk top and works great.

All DELLs work great when you buy them Brand New. But if you buy one that has been used has viruses, refurbished , it will be no good.
