    <description>&lt;P&gt;While I love the idea of having my meals laid out for me in healthy portions, we all know fresh food that is not pre-packaged is healthiest. &amp;nbsp;The sodium content on packaged foods is eye popping.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I bought two healthy cookbooks and am doing my own portioning. &amp;nbsp;I cook 2-3 times a week and package healthy portions to take to work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your metabolism is sluggish, don't forget to exercise. &amp;nbsp;Snack on fruit and nuts during the day.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need to lose 80 lbs. &amp;nbsp;I love to cook and love REAL food. &amp;nbsp;My problem is I am bad about NOT eating so my metab is sluggish. &amp;nbsp;Is this food any good? &amp;nbsp;I did Jenny Craig once and was not a fan of the packaged shelf food. &amp;nbsp;I liked the frozen meals much better. &amp;nbsp;Any input is appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Jenny tastes tons better than nutri system. &amp;nbsp;The foods are prepackaged and everything is microwavable. &amp;nbsp;My friend did really well on it because of the quick preparation of the food. &amp;nbsp;She didn't have time to meal plan. &amp;nbsp;Every night she'd pack all her foods for the next day and take them to work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I agree though, weight watchers is a good program that teaches portion control.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;At the end of the day after you have lost the weight, what do you do? &amp;nbsp;Do you stay on Nutrisystem the rest of your life or do you permanently change your eating habits for good? &amp;nbsp;I lost 27lbs on Weight Watchers, The Etools on line are fantastic. &amp;nbsp;I carry my cell phone or iPad and log everything I eat. &amp;nbsp;Do you know why I see people not losing weight at my meetings? &amp;nbsp;It's because they don't account for every morsel they put In their mouths. &amp;nbsp;I still allow myself a small candy bar every day, so I don't feel deprived. &amp;nbsp;Yes, I still go out for pizza and beer. &amp;nbsp;I just don't have half of the pie and half a pitcher of beer. &amp;nbsp;My Hubbie bought me Godiva for Christmas. &amp;nbsp;I had one a day till they were gone. &amp;nbsp;I didn't eat the whole box at one sitting. &amp;nbsp;I'm constantly aware of what I eat. &amp;nbsp;This is the way you lose weight and keep it off for good. &amp;nbsp;It's a choice you make every day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You have to count points. &amp;nbsp;To me it's easier than counting calories. &amp;nbsp;The Etools on line have almost every food broken down in points. &amp;nbsp;If they don't, then you can scan the bar code from your cell phone and it will convert the points for you, &amp;nbsp;all my Godiva was on my Etools. The hamburger buns I use, the Target brand food I buy, the Wendys chili I eat, etc. &amp;nbsp;You can also look on the&amp;nbsp;package and enter the info into Etools. &amp;nbsp;WW makes it very easy. &amp;nbsp;Go to a meeting and check it out. &amp;nbsp;You can always say no.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've heard that the NutriSystem food is terrible. I know several women who have used Weight Watchers.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried nutrisystem last year, and in my case it worked. The food is not good, but you won't be&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;eating it forever. I learned portion control, because my portions were completely out of wack.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I now measure everything, and of course I eat better food, but even if you eat ,"good food " if&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you eat too much, you will get fat. So is it a gimmick ? Sure, but sometimes you just need a&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;little something to get started.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Years ago it only took me one round of this mess, and I went to frozen meals and salads.&amp;nbsp; Didn't take long before the lbs started coming off.&amp;nbsp; There is no rocket science to losing weight.&amp;nbsp; It's all about portions.&amp;nbsp; Period.&amp;nbsp; You don't need to eat dried up food in a package or belong to yipee groups to do it.&amp;nbsp; Just have your mind made up.&amp;nbsp; Good luck!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Its a list of "power foods" (healthy filling foods) that you can eat &amp;nbsp;unlimited or near unlimited quantities without counting or measuring.&amp;nbsp; I love options!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've tried Nutrisystem twice over the past several years and couldn't stick with it.&amp;nbsp; The food is horrible.&amp;nbsp; Even though the newer frozen options are better, they still aren't very good.&amp;nbsp; I'd rather count calories and eat things that I don't hate than subject myself to Nutrisystem again.&amp;nbsp; Yes, it is convenient and some people have great success with it, but it just wasn't for me.&amp;nbsp; The only way to find out if you can stomach the food is to give it a try.&amp;nbsp; Maybe you'll be one of the success stories.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Tracking m&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;y food was the key. I ate whatever I wanted and wasn't hungry. &amp;nbsp;No need to spend extra money. I tried it a few yrs ago when it was a TSV &amp;amp; there were only a few items that tasted ok. The breakfast items were laughable bc the portions were so small. I understood they were supposed to be portion controlled, but I was always concerned that I'd be hungry @ &amp;nbsp;work before 9 a.m. I tried it for 3 months and lost 20 pounds, but there just weren't enough good tasting selections that justified continuing the auto-delivery. Plus, I still had to buy &amp;amp; cook for other family members in the house.&amp;nbsp;I know a couple of people who lost a lot of weight on it and like Marie, they've kept it off. &amp;nbsp;For me, it just wasn't something I felt I could continue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
