Sept 25 for most things. Some things from Christmas in July count.

From a previous post, answer from one of the moderators:

The holiday return policy is officially in effect! Anything purchased from September 25th to december 23rd is eligible to be returned by the end of January 2016. Enjoy shopping!

My mom ordered me a purse for Christmas. She ordered it September 23, but it was back ordered and it shows it wasn't delivered until October 20. It won't work for me so you think it's okay to return since it didn't ship until October?

Technically it wasn't purchased then until October. I'd call customer service to discuss.
