G'day friends.. I wanted to give you all a little sneak peak of the Arbor TSV. I'm very excited to be showing you this style, as it represents two pretty cool milestones for us. It's our first ever water resistant shoe (which means I get to play with water on the set and it's our first truly outdoor inspired style. G’day everybody.. Liam again.. I am sadly without my mate Steve in the studio today, but I have spoken to him and Emily (one of our fantastic designers of this shoe) and we can’t wait to bring you the Arbor Orthotic Water Resistant Clog.. This is a particularly exciting style for us as we have never had a water resistant style in the range. It’s also our first outdoor inspired style, so you’ll have the best of both worlds - a perfect combination of Active and Outdoor that let’s you be cute and comfortable.

Even though Steve won’t be here in the studio, he will be answering all of your questions from San Francisco during the 12am, 11am and 6pm Vionic hours. I love my vionics... But the footbed flattens out too soon.. My clogs are still new looking and the arch wears down before the outer shoe even looks worn... Help! What can you do?

I also wear Alegria and I can replace the footbed if it gets worn down... Could you work on something like that?

I have plantar faciitis. Have been wearing a pair of Vionic sandals purchased early summer 2015 for indoors which help alot. Also have other shoes with inserts that my podiatrist adapts to my very high arch for outdoor use. I need a winter shoe & really like the look of the new Arbor clog by Vionic. Am wondering about the sizing of the Arbor. My sandals fit perfect- sized down to 9. What would you suggest for sizing of the Arbor?

I love Vionic Orthaheels!

I have a few questions, one is echoing another fan

1) what to do when shoes wear down-can we just put inserts in?

2) I find that closed toe shoes tend to have reivews with issues of the fitting correctly...are new styles becoming more consistent becuase I want to order more closed toe, but are nervous to do so since qvc doesnt reimburse shipping. I have the Neptune sneaker in 8.5, so should we assume if descriptions say true to size that we stick with same size?

3) Also, will you be creating more flats/boots....I know many love the clog but I try to buy shoes that can be worn with pants, skirts, shorts, etc....clogs do not always transition that well!

Hello! I love all my Vionic shoes! I would love to pre-order the TSV, but I don't know what size. I am a size 7 in all my Vionic sandals-- and I will be wearing socks with these clogs. Do I size up?

I'm guessing that Liam and Steve from Vionic will be having a chat in this forum on November 19th throughout the day when the Vionic TSV is presented.

Last time they had a QVC forum chat, Steve was great about answering every last Vionic question!! I learned a lot about Vionic from reading Steve's answers to viewer questions, so I'm really looking forward th this upcoming chat!

I own several sandles, slippers etc of which I love. My mom has a narrow foot but would love to wear the slippers also. Do you have any narrow styles?

I own multiple pairs of Vionics and love them all! Are the new Syndey Mocs the same fit as the ones before? I have a pair of printed Sydney's and wanted to order a couple moe, but heard the new Syndey is larger.

Yes the Sydney was adjusted by half a size this year, so if your happy with your old size, go down a half in the new ones.

@chattiecattieThe new Juniper slipper is narrower than our other sandals and has a thick fleecy lining, so probably your best bet.

If your going to wear with a thickish sock then yes I'd suggest you go up a half size. They're really nicely made so good luck.

Answer 1 - Yes you can get the replacement insoles we sell on qvc.com to get the support again.

Answer 2 - Yes we have had a few challenges in the past but overall very consistent this season and the neptune fits the same as today's TSV

Answer 3 - We have more boots than ever this year. The Minna and Willow have been really great flats. And even more coming for Fall 2016 including something "special"
