Hi! I know the QVC Community members are very smart, so I was wondering if any of you could help me with your thoughts? I have heard so many wonderful things about KIND Bars and am really thinking about ordering the TSV, but was wondering how healthy people think they are? I know there is good fat vs. bad fat. etc., but was just wondering as I was going to order a nut assortment from another company until I saw all the sugar and sodium content(even though it was sold as a very healthy alternative). They don't have to be the best healthy-wise to be good ...I was just wondering. I would like to try something to help with weight loss as I have been eating through a challenging couple of years and look like a Cumulus cloud these days. Thank you so much for any info./thoughts and Happy New Year!
