Why is is that if you order the TSV thru qvc email shipping is 7.72, but if you order at regular price shipping is only 3.00 something just doesn't seem right about that, why not honor the lower shipping on all if them?

I'd order it through customer service and ask for the $3 shipping.

QVC increased the shipping price if you order it through the email. But, if you order it through the Insider, the shipping was $5.22 but now it is $3.00.

Thank you, but that is a Joan Rivers leopard print scarf. I wonder if they changed the item #.
