I wish that they'd compare it more to a smartwatch. Kerstin mentioned that you can use it as a companion to a smart watch, but if you have something like an Apple Watch do you need this ring?

Are you kidding me? Sorry, but if you need a ring to tell you when to drink your coffee, when to go to bed and when you are ovulating then you MIGHT be OCD. Health and taking care of yourself? Absolutely. Missing your "Life" to live by the ring? The whole presentation itself is anxiety riddled with Kiersten talking as fast as humanly possible. I think you hit the nail on the head when you mentioned anxiety. If you rely on this ring telling you how well your doing throughout your day it might make you more anxious to keep up and do better. 🥴

Maybe create a ring that relaxes you with vibrations and sounds only you can hear would be better for the mind, body and soul.

This is just unbelievable to me. I don't need a device to tell me this stuff, or to bring attention to my actions that I wasn't aware of. I don't need electronic connections. When the vendor said she gets 4 hours of sleep a night, I had to turn her off.

I don't and wouldn't wear any of these devices. I have friends that always wear those watch type things and they are so ridiculous "got to get my steps in" , LOL........Seriously I can kind of figure out how much I have walked in a day plus I don't like the idea of having items like this against my body 24/7. I feel there is a slight chance of some type of seepage on and through the skin from the electronics. JMO, of course if it's your thing then go for it.

Some people can be convinced to buy anything. Sometimes that's me, when it comes to skincare and some gadgets, but this thing makes me SMH and it's not even in consideration. Do people really want to live this way, monitoring every little thing?

One thing I will monitor is my blood pressure, starting a few weeks or so before my annual physical. I keep a log and my NP judges of my medication dosage needs changing or not.

My body has been wonderfully and miraculously made. It knows when it's tired and needs rest. It knows when it needs food. It knows when it's thirsty. I know when I need to use the restroom. I can read a clock and my brain can calculate how long I've slept. I am responsible to my diet, am capable to monitor and limit my caffeine intake. I can leave my house and walk as long as want to or for the time I've planned. I know how to prevent illness by my daily habits.

I can't imagine living everyday tied to checking my data stats multiple times, obligating myself to recharge one more device. That is so overboard.

@LindaSal I feel the same way. I know a lot of people who have those smart watches but those along with the Bluetooth ear buds are something I would never wear. They say that it's "safe" but I personally wouldn't want to chance my health with any of those devices.
