I would have to buy pillows in person. It has been so hard for me to find one I love. I wouldn’t want to pay the shipping and return fee if I didn’t like it. Too risky for me!

I bought these pillows last year. I ordered one plush and one firm. The firm was/is too hard. It hurt my neck. The plush was okay at first but didn't hold up. I washed and donated them. My favorite pillows are organic latex foam pillows, expensive but worth it to me.

I should have figured they would have only shown Northern Nights coverlet. I might consider on a free shipping day. H452776...............that cream color is stunning.

The comment above about polyester pillows made me look at my current pillows to see what they're made of because I love them, just need a refresh. They're Northern Nights! I can't remember if I got plush or firm so ordered firm; hope they're as comfortable as the ones I have on my bed now. NN is my favorite linens brand on QVC so I'm assuming I will enjoy these.

I wouldn't want to lay my head on a cool pillow, especially in winter. I also don't want to sleep on polyester. I only buy white down pillows. Very expensive now but well worth it to me.

I bought a set of Northern Nights pillows a few years ago and they were not comfortable so returned them. We’ve tried My Pillow, Bed Bath & Beyonds, JC Penney and a brand chiro recommended called Coop. FINALLY found THE ONE!! If you have a Sleep Number store in your mall stop in there and try their pillows out. You will not be sorry you took the time to do so. I will never buy another brands pillow. No longer do we wake with neck pain or soreness and it even cured my pinch neck problem. You can go online and read the reviews. They even have a 3 month guarantee if your not satisfied bring it back for a full refund or try another style. They take the returned pillows and donate them to Veterans Centers to use.
