Galentines sweatshirt TYPO

Just received two that I ordered, both have typo "somethig" and they are really bad quality. I reviewed the presentation video and noticed they weren't showing that side and in fact covering it up. This is deceptive and now customers like me have to spend time and money to return. Shameful.

@Sweety89 mark the item as "defective" and you won't be charged for the return.

@Sweety89. Return the shirts and mark them "defective". You won't be charged return shipping and your original shipping will be refunded. Check it and make sure they do it correctly.

If you return with a QVC label, the USPS WILL PICK UP THE PACKAGE. Go to their website and request a pick up. They'll email a receipt.

Yes, that was very deceptive, downright sneaky.

Got a screenshot from the video. They do seem to be avoiding showing it.

This is like the time Denim & Co. had a shirt with French words misspelled on it.

On the Peace Love World shirt they spelled "something" right on the first line, second line reads, "somethig".

Thank you. I have been returning a lot the last few months with problems. I seem to have better luck with UPS, even though I use USPS for my ebay items. It seems like it takes longer for returns going through USPS then to UPS mail innovations, which delays refunds even longer. The 3 presenting this knew and sold the shirts anyway. I guess I need to stop buying, even though I like some of the designers.

I was making those screenshots, too...it's so dishonest. You got a good view of that! That's exactly how both of my shirts look. The ivory is very yellow looking and they are very thin, cheap fabric...and not "buttery" soft. And came completely wrinkled. So much wrong with this...they tried to pawn them off on their customers while goofing off trying to detract from the incorrect spelling!

No, you will not lose your S&H (return or original). The items are defective and you need to return them as such. Once you mail them back, send an email to the QVC Returns Team (QVCEasyReturns@qvc.com), so that they can process your refund more quickly. Give them the order #, item #, quantity being returned, total price (including taxes and S&H) and how you want your refund issued.

From QVC's website:

"Charges for the Q Return Label appear right on the label. Your return fee is deducted from your refund, or for check orders, deducted from merchandise credit. Purchasing insurance is not necessary because it's included with the label charges. If an item is returned due to defect, QVC was in error, or you are requesting an exchange/replacement, QVC will refund the shipping & handling and will not deduct the Q Return Label fee."

They are A631586. They are sold out...but if they get returns they will possibly put them back up to sell who knows!
I have had to contact CS a lot for refunds not being made. I had on CS tell me to contact them after ups is in possession of the item and they'll start the refund process. I need to contact them as I have some that were received weeks ago and still no refund.

That is really lousy on QVC's part. I don't believe that NO ONE saw the typo once they came in. Why they would still sell them on air and on their website is shameful. No matter who made the mistake, they need to bear the cost, not try and pawn them off on their customers.

@Sweety89 - thanks for the item number. It didn't come up, when I just tried looking for the item, probably because it's sold out.

Either that or they pulled it from inventory once they started getting returns. I doubt you're the first person to notice it or send it back as defective.

Every color had the same spelling error. Sloppy work on someone's part.

ETA: When I email the Easy Returns Team, I get an email confirming my refund pretty quickly; usually before the item even gets back to QVC.

I would have contacted CS and asked them if I should return or throw out. How can a company be so deceptive and sell an item they know is defective. It shows the character and ethics are lacking. It makes you wonder on future purchases if you are being ripped off with partial truths. It would turn me off to moving forward with purchasing.

@PickyPicky3 They do AFTER the fine and/or settlement is made which is always a part of the judgement and/or settlement.

I was under the impression "misspellings" on a product is a sign of being a "FAKE." If I was an attorney I would NOT be backing off.

Deceptive practices...I watched the presentation again a 2nd time today, and they were definitely acting more off than normal. I noticed Ali had a weird look on her face when she snugged up to Shawn and kept looking at herself in the monitor as if to see if that part was onthe screen. First and last purchase of Ali, Mally and no more buying of anything Shawn presents. Soon to be done purchasing on QVC. Getting so many defective and damaged clothing...some w cig smells, perfume, etc.
