I've never bought this brand before. What is your opinion? Are they comfortable?

I have a pair of Bearpaws that I wear in winter more as house slippers.

They are made well and have held up well.

They are mules and the soles do not bend well. Because my traipses out of my place require up and down stairs, I don't wear them all that often.

They do keep my feet warm though!

@Ainhisg I have to agree with @LTT1 on the lack of flexibility in the sole of the shoe. To me, the brand is similar to Ugg boots styling with the flat sole that appears to be stationery when you walk. They may be comfortable, though.

I have had MANY pairs of Bearpaw moccasins over the years.

They have been warm, comfortable, and durable. However, I prefer ones with matching fur...

Perhaps there was a time in the past when a non-flexible sole wouldn't have bothered me?

But then, in the past I didn't need to go up and down stairs.

I have had on a pair of Ugg boots...have not purchased, but I believe those have plenty of flex in the sole?

I own several pairs of Bearpaw's and I like them. I don't find them to be stiff at all. They are very warm and already treated for wetness protection. I am a 6 1/2 and always order a 7 in this brand. I only own the boots in many colors.

@Ainhisg. This brandvis excellent, the only one pre-treated to make them water and dirt resistant and with a real sheepskin fleece footed.

I, however, don't find this style of boot particularly comfortable and in my size 11, I literally trip over them as they're so large.

Thanks everyone! I had to be out and about this morning, and there is a Famous Footwear near where I was going to be. I saw online that they had a boot very similar to the HSN offering. Very glad I tried it on first!

I wear a 7.5 so tried on the 7 and the 8. It was comfortable enough, and I thought the sole was reasonably flexible. But! Everytime I took a step, my foot would slide forward, and my big toe would hit the end of the shoe. The boot's heel portion was apparently slightly higher than the ball of the foot portion, although it didn't look like it from outside the shoe. This combined with the wool interior made for a slippery interior for my high arch, I guess. I wanted to wear them barefoot but then decided to put on my socks to see if that would stop the sliding issue. Nope! Because of the fit issue with my foot, I was scared to order the TS in case the heel portion is made the same way. Both the HSN boot and the boot I tried on appear the same from the shank down, and I didn't want to take a chance on having to pay for a return.

@Desertdi interesting. I just brought down a couple pair of my BP's the other day. Both seem to have well-glued-down fuzzy insoles. There's plenty of room inside I wanted to add an insole, but I felt like they weren't as warm that way. Could just be my impression though.

I purchased slip on slippers or mules that was a TS about a month ago. I had to return them since they were tight in the toe area and the footbed was very stiff and not comfortable.

i bought their last ts and just started wearing it. i'm in MI and the weather has been cold and rainy. I got a wide sz 8. wides are harder to find in this style. I just bought the ts for today, which is a littler taller boot, than the last ts. i got the navy.

Bought the BP boot, style Elle Tall, in size 9. Normal shoe size is 8 in sandal, 8.5 in shoe and athletic shoe, 9 in most boots. Fit is perfect and will add insole when sheepskin lining wears down. BP is a bargain in my book. Never Wet treatment beats out UGG. You're getting the same real suede and real sheepskin for half the price. I own tons of capri length leggings because I moved north from Florida, and I love how the Elle Tall covers my bare lower legs to keep me toasty warm.

I purchased the Roxy Suede Moto Boot when it was offered a few years past in Pale Pink and Gray Fog, and LOVE them! The NeverWet is fantastic at keeping your feet dry, however, the pink stained last winter even after having been sprayed with additional stain repellent per recommendation.😐 The lining is PLUSH and oh so comfortable, although I did find the heel to be a tad clunky. All in all, I highly recommend them!😊

i purchased two......the navy and the red.

it isnt always easy to find a good red in a boot.

one of my favorite colors to wear the next few months.
