Is anyone buying the TSV or already have one? Just curious how the price is and if you already have one, if it's worth it. Thank you!

I just ordered that one, DH is going to shake his head at me! I have a Crosswave 3277 which was discontinued and really like it but wanted the steam, my steam mop died last year and I've not replaced it. I love the crosswaves, I use mine 3-4 times a week in the kitchen and baths.

If you have laminate flooring, steam is not recommended for cleaning it. Steam will ruin a laminate floor.

I don't have this model, but I have a Crosswave. I love it. It works on my hardwood and vinyl floors.

I also use it on my Water hog rugs inside of my doors. I am not sorry I bought it.

The steam one looks interesting.

Great info, everyone. Thank you! I have laminate flooring (not sure if it's sealed or not) so I'm thinking I'll forgo this one and get one without this feature. Probably a good bit cheaper too.

Good idea to stay away from a steam mop. @GenXmuse

Even when laminate is sealed, it's the hot temperature of the steam that can do the damage (warping/peeling) besides the moist steam itself.

I have a crosswave and love it. I have the older one and it saves me time. It is easy to use. My only dissatisfaction is that it doesn't get behind the toilet or the side of the toilet because it is close to the tub. If you need replacement brushes or filters buy them from Amazon. I think the new one looks great.

Yeah, it's hard to get in that area with anything, so I end up having to clean by hand. I ordered the crosswave without steam from Amazon today! I'm excited ( as one can be about cleaning) to trying it.

I had seen a bit of the presentation last night. Not really interested. I have a Bissell steam mop w/vacuum I shortly after Christmas. Still mostly carpet here although we're looking at maybe getting some engineered hardwood.

I turned on the TV this morning and it was still on QVC from last night and I heard Chatty Kathy (because whoever she was she was talking so fast) say something like if you drop something on the floor or have a little spill you won't bend down and wipe it up.......that's all I heard as I changed the channel, but the thought in my head was, yeah, I'm gonna go into another room and grab my Bissell, then put water in it, and then clean it up after a small spill because I really wouldn't want to leave gunk in it. No thanks.

Sucking up that raw egg was gross to me. Rather pick it up with a paper towel and be done with it.

Just a reminder. If anyone on this thread has this item it's been recalled.BISSELL Cordless Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vacuum models 2551R and 25518. “BISSELL” is printed on the foot of the product. The model numbers are visible when the clean water tank is removed. I know this is not a steam mop but sometimes people with related products post or read threads.
