QVC Sizing vs. HSN Sizing

Needing some help from the ladies that buy from HSN and QVC. I am a medium at QVC, would I be a medium at HSN? I am a large at a brick and mortar store. I have seen a few things I like on the HSN website, but I don't ever watch their presentations to know what to buy. What are your experiences?

I'm usually the same size on both, which seems to run one size down from brick and mortar.

i generally purchase the same size from both channels, unless i know that a particular brand runs smaller (like barefoot dreams.)

I usually have to go up a size on HSN except for jeans. Maybe because I'm busty. Be sure and read the garment measurements.

Mediums at HSN are smaller than QVC mediums.

I have to size up at HSN. I think they're more brick & mortar sizes. QVC is somewhat larger than b & m for me.

I always size up one size from my QVC size when I order from HSN.

HSN sizing is slightly different. Just take your measurements and use the size chart. It's easy. Every clothing item has a "size and fit" tab. That's where you find sizing.

I webt shopping yesterday at Banana Republic. I grabbed my size 4 in pants abd small in tops. I had to go back and get size 2 in pants and extra small in tops. Go figure. HSN to me depends on the vendor. I don't buy a lot from HSN. I used to by Bethany;s skinny girl jeans but her sizing was not consistent depending on the type of Jean she was selling. I always go by garment measurements

Yes, HSN is B & M sizing and Q is one size down. If your size is a small @ QVC, then you would normally wear a medium @ HSN.

That's a general rule of thumb, but it is always best to check the size chart of each item and the reviews are helpful as well.
