Laundry sheets

Has anyone tried laundry sheets? There is a TS on HSN. They specifically use vinegar as part of the cleaning process. Would appreciate any pros/cons re using laundry sheets.

There are 320 sheets. The directions say to use 1 sheet for small to medium loads and two sheets for larger loads. Something to keep in mind if you're trying to figure your cost per load.

No-- I haven't used laundry sheets but they do intrigue me---I use Nellies powder laundry soap and am very happy with it. Think it might be less per load but not sure.

I've never used washing sheets. I use Nellie's and add white vinegar to the load.

Not sure about this...you can add your own cheap vinegar to a load. And I never use dryer sheets. Only dryer balls. You can get a set of 4 wool at Marshall's or TJ for 12.99.

No,i have not ,i have been trying some laundry detergents lately, are there any reviews on this product any where?

I've used the Multi-shield 360 laundry sheets for years and like them. Never heard of this brand they are selling today, but may try them, as I'm down to my last roll of the other brand.

The reviews aren't great including the vinegar softener. I use Brooke & Nora laundry soap (it's also sold under the Beekman name) or Nellies. Very happy with both. As for using vinegar as a softener you can easily make your own. There are numerous "recipes" online. It's white vinegar, water, and the essential oil of choice. Works great. For really stinky loads I use the Odoban linen scent disinfecting product in my automatic fabric softener dispenser. Clothes are soft and smell nice. A gallon of Odoban concentrate is $10.

Two different things. The laundry sheets the OP is referring to is a TS a on HSN. They're sheets with detergent deposited into them.

@Caffeina One thing I noticed in the presentation, the vendor put one sheet in a bowl and then dipped some lace in it to show how white it turns the lace (just like the old Oxy Clean commercials) but then she immediately put another sheet in another bowl to demo how it pulled the dirt out of one dirty sock. Now, why wouldn't she just use the same bowl that she had simply dipped a bit of lace in instead of using another sheet.

The other thing that confused me was that I have never heard of using Apple Cider Vinegar for cleaning. It's always been white vinegar that I've seen used for cleaning. I never really heard much about ACV until people started taking it to lose weight.

Ineresting! I use dryer sheets but haven't heard of "laundry sheets." I;m guessing they replace laundry detergent? I wonder if they also disinfect (since that's a big thing now).

I will never go back to dryer sheets after using the wool dryer balls.

I think when reading posts,it would help if people read them carefully, she was not asking about dryer sheets!!!!

Dryer sheets are chemical-laden and horrible for humans and environment. Stopped using years ago.

I'm not interested in the TS because I would never want 320 laundry sheets and don't use fabric softener. However, I'm seen laundry sheets advertised before and been curious about them. There are tons of different ones on Amazon and many with good reviews, so I might try a much smaller pack at some point.
