Totally Messed Up on the Isaac TSV!

This morning, I was working and crazy... But made a minute to order the TSV. YAY ME!!

No. No YAY ME! I didn't order it. When I checked my order status, much later in the day, it was not there and now it's sold out. Ugh.

Thanks for reading. I just wanted to vent. I think it's just not meant to be for me and this skort. There was a simlar one last summer and I had to exchange, but by the time I got it, the other sizes were sold out.

booooo! O well. Maybe next year Isaac. LOL

@justashopper Oh, so sorry. I hate when that happens! Maybe keep checking and see if your size comes back later today, tonight or tomorrow. Orders do get cancelled so it could pop up in your size.

Orders are not showing up on "your account" and when they send you a confirmation e mail. Social team said it might take 48 hours to get this information to you. You probably did get your order through you just cannot see it at this time.

I appreciate the advice. I will do that. The really crazy part is, I thought I saw the email confirming the order. You know how it is-- multi-tasking and doing none of them well! I don't know why I thought I got the email... I clearly did not. LOL

Thank you! Same thing happened to me today also. I placed 2 orders: one for an Isaac item and another for a LOGO item. Neither have showed up under my order status.

FYI - The ordering system was all messed up today!! Please keep checking your Order Status for things you ordered. I ordered an item late morning that ended up selling out. I swear I ordered it but when I looked at my Order Status it wasn’t there? I was bummed 🙁 of course, but then it ended up appearing in my Order Status at 8:30 pm tonight!
My husband placed an order with his account in the morning and it didn’t show on his Order Status till tonight also! So be careful if you order again thinking your order didn’t go through. It most likely did go through, but is taking hours to show up.

@justashopper Isaac's brand ambassador, Jackie, stated on air that there was a confirmation problem, but that it would be corrected .

Update-- this morning, nothing in my order status yet. So who knows!! Maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised in a few days when it shows up. LOL I'll post if it does!!

I just received a phone call Sunday night from actual CS represenative, not a recording, asking me if I ordered one? Evidently nothing went through due to system problems. I ordered two and one on waitlist. The one on waitlist will be sent first. It was corrected. @justashopper you may try to call CS if they haven't gotten back to you.
