Many years ago Tourneau in Las Vegas would "discuss" price. It does not hurt to ask. We were buying a Rolex locally and the sales person said if it was being shipped to another state then he would not have to charge sales tax. Done!

I have my eye on ladies Aquaracer.

Many years ago, lots of businesses did not. Now with so much on computer, the states are more diligent and fine companies for that sales tax fraud so not as many do it.

But - Tourneau will disccusss a tradein deal if you're shopping. I was offered more than I had paid for the QVC Eclissi watch I was wearing last time I was negotiating. Lots more - but their price on the watch I wanted was still above the exact same watch on clearance around the corner at Bloomies - so I still have my QVC watch and I love the Raymond Weil I scored at Bloomies!

I got a diamond Aquaracer several years ago from Rue LaLa, right after that website started, for an excellent price.

smyth jewelers in maryland is an authorized dealer......and the family owned jewelry store has been in business for 100+ years. they are a wonderful company to deal with.
