      <title>Gems en Vogue customer service</title>

      <description>I recently lost a butterfly backing for my SB earrings, contacted MV CS. It took me a while to speak to a right person who were very polite. She gave me a quote of $15 for an extra pair, took my CC# and disappeared . Today (10 days later) I called again, she did not even remember what I was talking about. We repeated the whole routine and hopefully maybe I will get my stuff next week. I do not think I will be buying a lot from them in the future. After 14 years being a customer.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When I need help from Sonia B. It comes immediate and for free. And they remember you by name. That's CS!!!!!</description>

      <description>I have a Gems en Vogue charm necklace. I lost the end cap that screws on, rendering the necklace useless. I've called that woman at least 4 times, she has taken my name &amp;amp; number to call me when they get some but I've never heard from her.</description>

      <description>Yes, MargoChanning, the sweetest lady named Teresa is the main Sonia's CS person,I have their phone on my cell phone. I happened to spend a lot of money there and they really treat me wonderfully, although they treat everybody royally. Once I lost my diamond hoop earring ( my fav pair) and we were going to Paris for the first time and I planned to wear them. Sonia was not bringing them back because of pricing. I was so upset about my loss,I called Teresa telling her about what happened. She comforted me in the nicest possible way, talked to Sonia on my behalf. Sonia charged me much,much less then I thought she would ,made me a new earring,checked the settings and cleaned the remaining one and then overnighted them by FedEx to me so I could wear them in her city, Paris. How sweet that was. That was my only time she ever charged me for 16 years.</description>
