I like nicely done coin jewelry quite a bit but like them to be loose on my wrist. Like a charm bracelet, which I don't really like, they make a bit of noise even when they fit close to the wrist, so get limited wear from them.

I'm wearing one that I purchased from the Q many, many years ago. It has 8 Italian coins on it. Very well made and I love it.

I like them a lot but they don't look good on me. I don't know why but they just don't. Too bad. I think it's because coins are just too big for my small wrist. To those of you who can wear them, enjoy!

Check ebay for the silpada coin charm bracelet. Check on line HSN has a stainless steel fake charm coin bracelet. To me it looks fake. The vintage silpada is worth the $200 or $300 price tag.

I inherited a coin bracelet, but it's a base metal bracelet and the coins are real and not treated in any way, I think it's from the fifties or sixties. I have not worn it yet.

I have one from Key West...silver bangle with gold ""edges"" and a coin. It was ""treasure"" from a ship wreck there.

The closest I have to a coin bracelet is one featuring a collection of vintage NYC subway tokens, from the Q, long ago. Beautiful and nostalgic, since we don't have them anymore.

They're not for me. If the coins are old, jewelry seems like a tacky and destructive use of a historic item. If the coins are new, it seems like a cheap way to make jewelry (unless of course the coins are gold!).

I don't like any kind of objects dangling from my bracelets...without fail I will get one or more caught on something and it will get yanked off and lost....I am such a klutz....

Yes, I have a gorgeous coin bracelet that belonged to my late MIL. It has real gold coins (they do not have holes...they are in settings) and precious gemstones/diamonds. I love it but wish it was a bit lighter weight. I rarely wear it because of the weight, but it is beautiful. I have a few other coin bracelets and wear them whenever the mood strikes me. The coins are in no way damaged. These are foreign coins.
