Can they read ??? Just received bronzo initial pendant - I ordered the initial "B" ---

received the initial "P" ????????

Returning: requesting "ORIGINAL" shipping costs and "RETURN" shipping costs be reimbursed along with cost of this item.

I'll be tracking this return closely.

You are certainly entitled to all of the reimbursements, but - yes - you will still have to keep an eye on it. Sorry this happened!

maybe they were out of the ""B"" so they gave you a ""P"" instead. Well they sound similar!

I think they are making choices for us now.

Hi shoptheQ, it looks like you've returned to the Planet Nordo... apparently the Q's "technology" is too new (tongue in cheek).. if they used older technology like Nordoans do, maybe they could have gotten it right!

BTW, have you needed any more "service" on your exercise machine???

kittymom - last week I was ""serviced"" by the heating & cooling guy as my furnace wasn't generating any heat.
