Hi Ripkanistas...am back and will be posting regularly again depending on how I feel that particular day.

I understand some Q CS reps. told a Ripkanista that the Q was dropping Judith's current green packaging which consists of a green box and green velvet magnetic pouch, both with JR's name embossed in gold and switching permanently to the Q's generic green/white, orange/white, turquoise/white box with off white felt pouch.

Apparently this Ripkanista received JRQ product in the Q generics and called CS to request replacement with JR premium packaging as well she should (since JRQ packaging cost is built into the dear price we pay for JRQ designs)!! The CS rep told her that Judith had agreed to switch over to Q generics as of a date this month.

So, I randomly called CS the past few days and inquired of several different Q CS reps (some checked with their supervisors) and received a few different answers. Some said yes while others said no. After asking a few more questions, it seems there was a bit of confusion going back to when Judith's green packaging was switched over almost exactly a year ago from her heavy double boxes with the ivory pouch to our current green single box with green velvet pouch.

My guess is that Q CS was looking at information dated June 2010, not June 2011 and mistakenly confused last year's switchover.

I also emailed Judith's Executive Vice President who spoke directly to Judith about any future changes to JRQ packaging.

The answer is: NO CHANGES!

"There are no plans that Judith or I are aware of to change our packaging," Judith's Executive Vice President says. "All is status quo!"

So, no worries for gift giving and enjoying receiving our JRQ goodies in the green box with lovely green velvet mag pouch with romance card. HTH. Sincerely~Peach
