Has anyone had any dealings with HSN customer service regarding crediting your account for lost or stolen merchandise? I placed an order this weekend and they shipped it to my old address. I tried to have them reroute it but they said it was too late, it's already on its way. I can't have UPS reroute because they said the USPS will deliver. USPS won't do anything either. I'm afraid USPS will deliver it and it will be stolen as I don't live there anymore. It's a big package so the USPS will leave it at the wrong front door. HSN said if it's delivered to the address on the package and USPS confirms that, there's nothing I can do and I will be out my money. Have you ever? I can't believe this! I'm going to have my credit card dispute if it comes to this, but I can't believe none of these companies will do anything, and it's the customer's fault no matter what.

I will never order from HSN again. It really makes me appreciate the Q more now. They have the best customer service of all the major shopping channels.
