Q, please have Suzanne model for Miss Judie's shows!

I'm sure the new model is a lovely person, but for my money Suzanne does an outstanding job. Suzanne seems to have the knack of putting different pieces of jewelry together which showcased all the Ripka line.

For as long as I can remember, Suzanne has been the primary model for Ripka shows, seemingly going for hours without sleep but looking fabulous with each new show. Suzanne has a great rapport with Miss Judie as well.

Please bring back Suzanne for the Ripka shows.

I don't believe Judith is the driving force behind those decisions anymore...the company that bought her out is. They may want to appeal to a younger demographic.

I also don't think this model does the jewelry justice. Suzanne does a dynamite job, but I do think the red headed model Kate would be awesome as well with her long graceful neck. I watched earlier, and I thought Antonella worked well with Judith. Pat, to me, is a big yawn. IMO, Judie works best with a more animated personality. The selections today are beUtiful S usual.

I thought Pat was a nice choice and a very nice change of pace. Mixing up the models doesn't bother me either, though Suzanne always does a good job.

I agree. Judith is the Creative Director now. Don't know how long they will keep her because many of these buyouts have clauses whereby the previous owner stays on for a period of time to allow for a smooth transition. This one could be different in that she is the name and face of the product. What I would like to know is what is her son doing that was in the business?

When Judith drops out, so do the sales...me, personally, I am no longer shopping this line; I have more of the beautiful vintage Judith Ripka than I can ever wear...

I miss Suzanne too. I think she did a great job presenting Judith's jewelry. I know some of us wanted them to add other models to the presentations, which they eventually did. That was good.

I feel like they are going for a younger market now. But when I see the new model, it seems like she is not really comfortable in Judith's pieces. She's fine with presenting other things, but not this. I think Khatija might be a good choice for Judith's pieces, and I'm sure there are others. I wish they'd get this worked out.

Suzanne looks like she loves Ripka jewelry (at least to me). The other models are fine, but sometimes it seems like certain models really like what they are modeling, and to me, Suzanne loves Ripka jewelry! So many people complained about Suzanne being with Judith all the time, maybe that's why they changed it up. I really liked it when there were 2 models: Suzanne and another (don't know her name, slightly older than Suzanne). It is nice to get different takes on how to wear the same piece of jewelry.

I just read this and did not know. Judith has sold her company? Who bought it? I had not heard this. On another note, I thought Pat did a great job. She is very poised and soft in her speech and I think that fits Judith great. I wonder why Susanne is not with Judith? She is still doing the Honora shows and several others that she does all the time.

You know I was just thinking, maybe the owner pays the models and maybe since JR sold that is why the models have changed. I have noticed this the past times JR has been on. She use to even use two models at times. Maybe it is a budget issue.

Thanks. I also wonder if they will be keeping her sidekick Beth. I believe she has been with her a long time.
