Is anyone having trouble putting the white braided necklace on waitlist. Mine shows the wrong item number and never says white. CS assures me its white. Anyone else?

Hi Sherbear1, i am also having the same situation, hope all is well tho-will monitor diligently, love the 14k white hope it comes in time to wear it this summer! best wishes ETA i just realized this would be great for a "winter white" look also so pretty

I love the look of the white cord, but decided to buy the black with sterling as my 1st purchase. Yes, something weird with the ordering for this item. I order via online. My order for the black cord showed as a different item number after my order was placed, and the photo showed black with rose metal. I called CS and she confirmed that my order was for black cord with silver. It's even more confusing b/c the name of the item in the order does not state the color of the cord or metal. Fingers crossed they process it correctly.

I was having trouble also. It only showed the black when looked and last night I know I ordered it in white. I sure hope we get white also.

I just went back and checked mine and it doesn't say white..I sure hope we get the right ones or mine will go back. I have the old leather necklaces in several leather colors so I don't need another dark color.

I checked the email I got for my waitlist white necklace and the email has the correct item number but doesnt say white.

I called and double checked with CS about the same issue. I was assured that I would be receiving the white with silver despite that fact that the rose gold in black appears on my screen, with a different item number I might add.

Ridiculous.

They had it in rose clad...it was on the same page as the yellow clad.

J295473...only comes in the 14k clad yellow gold. Did I miss something?

Hi Sherbear, I have this cord in the black and the brown. I love it. The black has the silver and the brown has rose clad. I like wearing different enhancers on them such as the love enhancer and turquoise one.

I'm hanging in there. The MS has really stirred up since surgery. If that pain wasn't so great I'd be doing much better. The Achilles tendon is healing real nicely. I have physical therapy twice a week and do the exercises at home also.

Yes. Rose was also an option on Sunday...the two ""clad"" versions were under the same product #.

OMG, the one time I decide to ditch nearly all of the Judith Ripka shows and the white cord is here? I did not know about this. Must place waitlist order.

Called CS and they said the white cord only was available in the sterling silver or the 14k gold clad but they would put a request out to Judith to bring this back in a roseclad as well.

I know the black cord and the brown cord are available in the roseclad but the white would be so elegant. Guess I will have to wait for this one.

I KNOW I saw it...even the picture!

Maybe it was part of that big mix up!
