I was intrigued by this post and thought I might do a search on Facebook later for the group. But when I looked at the post again, it seemed odd. This is a new poster trying to get people to go to some anonymous site. Plus with all of the Ripkanistas, you'd think one of them might have informed the group about it if it was legit. I think I'll pass.

Thanks. I know how things have gotten around here in the past, which is partly why I don't hang out here as much as I had. No need to add any unpleasantness to my life.

I think it is so sad & irritating that people have to be nasty on these forums. I try to stay positive.

I know there are a few trolls who like to come visit, and then others who feel the need to express negative opinions, because after all it is a free country and they are entitled to do so, without having to consider the impact of their words. I suppose in reality, they are just creating more negativity in their own lives when they act that way. It's sad all around.

Hi, I am now a member of the facebook group! Thank you for posting this information! I've been following the QVC forum threads for a while. I started with Judith Ripka threads because Judith's line was the reason that I had an initial interest in QVC. However I refrained from participating in the forum because of the negativity that creeps in. I would much prefer to not defend my reasons for loving a specific jewelry designer. Judith's jewelry was the first line of jewelry that opened my eyes to world of beautiful jewelry and the true art of jewelry design. It is a personal preference as to what draws you to something. Some people look at the pieces objectively and see price versus metal/stones. Others see a Judith Ripka design that truly speaks to them. Price is always works into the decision of whether or not to purchase or just admire, but hopefully you know what I'm trying to express. With all that said, I do still enjoy the Ripkanista's posts on this forum and hope to continue to read them : )

Lots of groups are closed groups; you have to join. It just means they are private, not everyone else on Facebook can see the activity.There is a link at the top right side that says "join group".

culebra, I had gone to the upper right to click the box that said "join group". Later in the day I received notification in my facebook account that my request was approved to join the group. I had no idea about closed groups on facebook prior to joining this one. I highly recommend.
