as some of you know I got the enhancer and earrings...and was so thrilled with them...I had not worn the enhancer yet...only the earrings 3 times...and a chunk fell out of the stone on one earring...so since some of you reported weird chips and cracks in the stone and after what just happened to me...I took it to my local jeweler yesterday....

I found out the stones are glued in!! Not good!!

There were internal cracks...not natural inclusions...cracks...and he let me look under his microscope ...more than 10X magnification...which your stand loupe is..I could see pits...GALORE....also a sliver on the side where stone meets metal was totally cracked and appeared to have been glued together in the manuf. process....so With a heavy heart I sent them back yesterday...and will not try again...I have seen smoother rocks in my driveway gravel...

I just wanted to alert all Ripkanistas to a potential problem with the glued in stones...
