I'm not sure if it was opened by the weight of other packages being on top of it during the transit process, or if this was an intentional theft by the US Mail employees. I couldn't believe that my mail person could deliver my package opened and empty without any official US Mail notification. And I have also heard that this was or is a common occurrence with theft of QVC small packages.
