Jacqueline Kennedy Collection....How Can They Do Waitlist?

I have the three strands of pearls on waitlist. Not sure how they can do that unless they figure people will cancel or send some back. Does anyone have an idea? Totally my fault since I should have ordered them yesterday.

Lex, some people will reconsider and empty their carts or cancel the order. It happens.

They are still available at other sites, so if you MUST have them, you could cancel the waitlist and order them.

people return brand new items and people cancel orders......and for some, their credit cards dont get approved.

Also, some will place their items on "check." I imagine if they don't get the checks sent in on time, QVC will release the product.

I bought mine years ago at Bloomingdales. Same price. Exactly the same. Don't know if they still sell them.

Also, some will have buyer's remorse and return them. Then they will ship to those on waitlist.
