Michael Dawkins Contact Info-Anyone?

Just called CS and they have absolutely no information for a contact on Michael Dawkins. Seems strange to me as he is an active vendor on QVC.

So girls I need some help. Unfortunately on a recent trip I lost one of the drusy stones on my MD bracelet. This is one of my favorite pieces so I would like to try and send it out for repair. I know there will be a cost and that is not an issue. I just need to be able to contact him/the company.

Does anyone have any contact info or has anyone had to have an item repaired?

Any feedback would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I don't think Michael Dawkins offers any warranty or repairs. In addition, his items are manufactured in Thailand, I think.

Your best bet is to simply ask a local jeweler ... or buy another one.

Having said that, I think MD has a facebook page, but I think it's managed by staff.

Don't you just love vendors that don't stand behind their products? Quite a contrast with the Carolyn Pollack people who knock themselves out for us.
