What is your favorite line of jewelry with QVC - or other?

They say diamonds are a girl's best friend, but I prefer beautiful pearls to diamonds-especially in earrings and rings. I love the honora line of pearls, and own several pieces of honora. I no longer work, so I don't require too much jewelry. I still like to wear hoops for every day - or even some dangles. I think those kinds of things makes a woman feel pretty/confident, even if she is just going to the grocery store. I own several watches from Qvc-I have some dressy, and some, just every day wear.

It is rare that a question can be so easily answered, in my experience.

For me, it is Judith Ripka's line of jewelry at the Q, hands down.

Unfortunately, my favorite line of jewelry was Ann King's, which has been pretty much phased out. She has a new line of non-QVC jewelry called Realm. It's pretty, but it's sterling and gold clad.

No such thing with me. I like anything from a $20.00 ring from Ebay or LC to Chuck Clemency and Paul Deasy at HQ, Ripka, Hardy and Carolyn Pollack at QVC, to estate gold bought at local auctions.

I like Honora and any of the artisan made jewelry from Mexico and Bali and India. Nicky Butlers line is a favorite as is Jay King. I like the lines from Israel too.

I like a lot of different lines. Prefer my hoop earring to be stainless steel...brand doesn't matter much but most of mine are from Steel By Design.

When it comes to everything else, rings especially, I love Hagit Gorali's designs. Very well made, unique, and not a crazy over the top prices for what you get.

Judith Ripka and unique pieces from my travels. Really treasure a gift of pearls from Japan that I alternate with KJL pearls. Love the stuff my mom left me, but it is too fragile to wear.

Dallas Prince and Laura Ramsey..... of the old days. The current Dallas Prince, not so much. Quality is not as what it was.

I don't know if the quality has held up, but I've purchased a couple of pieces from this line in the past and would agree that they were spectacular.

I don't buy much jewelry anymore but the last thing I got from QVC was EternaGold (earrings) and it was still decent quality.

A short while back I got a stunning pair of 14k gold hoops from the Teatro de Oro line at SHQ. They are pretty $$$ but I really like them and feel like I got my money's worth.

I do not partake in any of the costume jewelry lines from here or anywhere. Silver, vermeil, resin or silicone-filled - none of that suits me.

I enjoy ethnic jewelry. I will buy statement necklaces or bracelets at small boutiques when I am on vacation. I don't have a favorite brand and I don't like the piling on of long necklaces (but I admit I did it in the 80's).

In addition to the Honora, I like the Black Hills Gold- so unique. I also like Judity Ripka. What a talented lady she is. Her jewelry is exquisite.

I don't have a favorite "line" as I like whatever you call QVC's nameless brand. I just ordered some silver (my first venture into silver) from SpHQ that is from the Passage to Israel line. They both are somewhat oxidized. One is a spinner ring with garnet touches and the other is an oversize Drusy ring. If these rings are nice, Passage to Israel will become my favorite (and only) line of silver in my collection.

Yeah, I tend to agree. There are a few designers I really like, but the only items I own by the same designer are by a local artisan from the San Francisco Bay Area who travels at local craft fairs. I got a discount on the second piece because he saw that I was wearing another ring I bought from him years before.

I love the look of Barbara Bixby's pieces, but I don't feel good about the price range for most of them and don't own any. I love James Avery, a Texas designer who does beautiful pieces, mostly in silver. He has stores all over Texas, but you can also find him online and he has a catalog. I've bought several of his pieces as gifts for others and always plan on getting some for myself, but so far I don't own any of his pieces. His scroll work is beautiful and I can usually recognize his jewelry when I see it on someone else. He started out as a Christian jewelry designer, so he does a lot of crosses and religious iconography, but his stars, hearts, scrolls and flowers are usually simple and lovely. He always does a spring catalog because his designs are popular for mother's day gifts.

Nothing from QVC except for 2 Hagit rings that were purchased when she 1st came on QVC--one single pearl and one garnet which I wear almost daily.

My all time favorite jewelry is James Avery. My DH buys me a charm for my bracelets every so often when a new silver charm comes out that I fall in love with. I have had the bracelet for many years and it just looks like new. The charms are very special, sentimental pieces for me.

Honora is my favorite. Hagit would have to be next. I love the looks of many other lines too, but most are cost prohibitive for me, so I just "lick the window". Or TV screen as it were.
