I haven't ordered anything from Q in over a year, but used to order very frequently. I am disappointed at how the order process has gone down hill. It took four days for my two items to even show up in my "order status" and now it appears that both items are stuck somewhere in Maryland. Come on now! I cannot blame this delay on weather - - not for this many days. I nearly cancelled both items because I had so much time to reconsider my order. I used to be able to depend on delivery to upstate NY in FOUR days!
