I have never seen QVC offer event pricing (like the other two networks S-----C, and H-N offer) on an item that was formerly a TSV, or even just a regular item recently presented. However, that is not to say that in the future, the price might not be reduced for clearance purposes, or a OTO value price. Sometimes that does happen.
