A question about open-top cuffs, please

Hi, Ladies. I am usually a small in cuffs (6" wrist), however; it is truly a snug fit, and sometimes I feel its presence. I have also worn an average, which just falls short of turning on me. I am looking at a cuff that has the opening on the top now, and asking how they run, which one would be best. I have never had one, so I don't know what type of fit it is. I am inclined to go with the small, but I don't want to have to exchange. BTW - the one that I am thinking of is the BLA end-capped one, so if anyone has it, your opinion would be very helpful. I have several of the open top and for the most part they fit my 6"" wrist very well. I had to send one back b/c it was too small. I like the uniqueness of the design interspersed with other cuffs & bracelets.

I LOVE the look, but does anyone else have a problem with them falling off? I have a large hand and 6" wrist, and they just seem to move enough to come off when I move my hand a certain way.
