Lost my wallet. I have a question about refund.

Girls I lost my wallet today while grocery shopping. Accidentally left it in the cart and drove off. When I reached home I realized I don't have it. I called the store to check if somebody turned it in but no luck so I immediately cancelled all my credit cards. My bank told me that they would be mailing me new ones soon. My question is that I have a couple of qvc returns that are in transit and will be processed on the card that I cancelled. Will I get my refund and if not what do I need to do.

Call CS and explain the situation. They should be able to credit the new card when you get the number for it in the mail.

This happened to my mother. She was in a hurry and only brought her wallet into the grocery store. She left it in the wagon. Hours later she got a call from someone who found it on the ground in a parking lot down the street. Luckily the only thing missing was cash.

If nothing else, qvc will give you a credit.

Yes, you will get the credit. It may be a different card, but it's the same account.

Yep, different card, SAME account, any credits that come through will follow to the "new" number....

If QVC can't process the refund to the cc, they'll mail you a check. At least, that's what happened to me a long time ago.

Your bank will take care of applying a refund to the correct account. If you have any easy pays you need to call CS and give them your new account number.
