What does it mean when the jewelry is called "Premier"?

Is it a special cut and/or color? I'm not understanding what the difference is between that and the regular jewelry they sell

More expensive, it seems...

I'm guessing the stone, cut, setting, color or overall quality is being stated as being a cut above and hence is being priced at a higher level.

I think all the Premier items are set in 14k.

There's a new category called Premier MasterCut.
