    <description>&lt;P&gt;It seems in the last year or so the TSVs should be called "Some of the day's Special Value".  They already have One Time Onlys and the watch is still available in all colors the last time I checked.  QVC has really had some TSV duds lately.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
