I ordered the Epiphany Diamonique Star of David Pendant. I have ordered many Epiphany Diamonique items before an have been very pleased with the quality of past items. I even wear an Epiphany Diamonique tennis bracelet daily. That is why this item is so upsetting.

When I first received this item, however, I knew something wasn't right from the beginning: it came in a crumpled UPS express envelope stuffed into a larger box; inside of the envelope was a nondescript, QVC box (without an item number sticker), NOT the standard, Epiphany blue velvet jewelry box; inside of that was an open plastic zip-top bag with half of the chain hanging out of it. CLEARLY THIS ITEM WAS RETURNED BY ANOTHER SHOPPER!!!

The chain was extremely tangled (I couldn't even begin to untangle it after nearly 30 minutes of trying!!!). On top of that the chain is very cheaply made with uneven and rough links! The pendant is nice, but the points on the front side are a bit sharp and should be smoothed like the underside. Of course I cannot tell if it is an issue since I cannot put it on due to the tangled chain.

I am not only disappointed with the quality of the item, but with QVC for trying to pass off a used item as new! It is fraudulent.

Beware before you order... QVC may be going down hill!
