topic 18" SS Cherries Necklace - Review in Jewelry

I had my eye on this one when it was first presented, but I couldn't buy it at the time. There weren't many reviews on it, so I thought that maybe it wasn't that hot. Well, I decided to see for myself, and I am very happy that I did. This is really a near perfect necklace. I think that the only thing that could make it better was if it was made of white gold and diamonds. Seeing that it's not, I will feel very comfortable wearing it casually by dressing it down, which is easy to do. It lays perfectly, it sits in just the right place, it has a lot of sparkle and movement and the stones are the perfect size. It is very feminine, very pretty. Somehow or another, it doesn't scream at you from across the room. It is subtle. It is not until you get close to it that you realize what this necklace is all about, and Judith hit it right in that sweet spot where it can be worn formally or casually, where the design is lovely and not overdone. I now understand why Judith uses the word gentle. I don't know if she used it to describe this necklace, but I would. (In my mind I was comparing it to the dew drop necklace, and that was what I came up with. This one is more gentle). It is truely a lovely piece.
