Custom made ring.....

I just ordered a "Poesy Ring" (poh uh see) yesterday from a website online. It is an exact replica of a 13th century Norman (invaders) French band and I am so antsy to receive it! I have searched for so many years for THE most special ring and I finally found it before I leave this world. In French it says "You and no other". It will be that special golden cord that binds me and my late husband (suicide 15 years ago) while I am still here. Since I have no family it concerns me where it will end up after my death. However, I will see his face, his beautiful eyes and his sweet mouth every time I look at the ring and know he lives within my soul for eternity.

I have seen rings like this in coffee table books but never knew exactly what they were called or how to get one. I'm spending money I shouldn't spend but it will be well worth it. Guess I'm being selfish .

Crystal Realm is the site and the owner makes absolutely sure that each ring is sized perfectly, even with my horribly arthritic hands. She is so kind and understanding. I won't get the ring until sometime in mid to late January. Hope I make it that long! My present spouse has Vascular Dementia and is fading and becoming emaciated much more rapidly by the week. I am scared of what will happen to me as I can barely move around, but I truly believe that God will tend me in the way prescribed for me. My new ring will bring me joy -- something I haven't had in many, many years.
